What You'll DoInventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming HVAC equipment, parts, and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and easy to navigate.
- Pull and stage equipment and materials for daily service and installation jobs.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Ensure technicians have the correct materials before leaving for job sites.
- Assist with deliveries to job sites or branch locations as needed.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow company procedures.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, returns, and warranty items.
- Help maintain company vehicles and warehouse equipment as directed.
- Work closely with service technicians, installers, and office staff to ensure materials are available when needed.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or supply shortages promptly.
- Assist with special projects and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
- Safely handle equipment, tools, and materials.
- Maintain a clean work environment to reduce hazards and promote efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
- HVAC warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Basic computer skills; experience using inventory software is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift experience or certification is preferred but not required.
