Division Controller

A leading multi-unit consumer brand with hundreds of locations nationwide is looking for a Division Controller to serve as both a financial leader and a true business partner to operations. This is not a back office accounting role - this person will be in the mix with operational leaders, driving decisions, identifying trends, and helping the business perform at its best.

• Month end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
• Financial analysis using trends, forecasts, and budget expectations to drive actionable recommendations
• Close partnership with operations leaders to support decision-making and improve business performance
• Managing and developing a small accounting team
• Store level performance initiatives, cost savings, and KPI reporting
• POS system and operational reporting oversight

• 5+ years of progressive accounting, finance, FP&A, or operational finance experience
• Prior leadership experience managing or developing a teamli>
• CPA preferred - open to Big 4 or public accounting backgrounds
• Multi-unit restaurant, franchise, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
• Self-starter with high accountability and strong analytical skills
• Advanced Excel
• First 6 months 100% in office, then hybrid
