Our client is expanding and seeking a Tax + Advisory Services Consultant to join their growing, employee-owned firm. Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a curious and experienced professional to join our trusted advisory team. This role will be a key leadership position within the Salina market while also contributing to the firmwide tax team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive tax consulting and planning for a diverse range of clients.
- Conduct compliance reviews and in-depth research on tax-related matters.
- Serve clients across multiple industries , ensuring tailored advisory services.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop talent within the tax and advisory services team .
- Actively engage in business development and client relationship management.

- CPA certification required .
- Minimum of five years of experience in corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax preparation , with supervisory experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
- Active involvement in the community and ability to develop additional business opportunities.
