• Captain of the Shop: You’ll lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of technicians. You’re the coach and the star player when things get complex.

• Fleet Master: From preventative maintenance programs to major overhauls, you’ll ensure our fleet is the safest and most efficient on the road.

• Tech Savvy: You’ll use industry-leading tools (like TMW, I-Pak, and JDEdwards) to track expenses and manage inventory like a pro.

• Safety First, Always: You’ll lead safety meetings and ensure our shop is the gold standard for compliance and cleanliness.

• Impact: Your work directly affects the safety of our drivers and the cleanliness of the Wilson community.

• Experience: Prior supervisory experience in a shop or maintenance setting.

• Credentials: A High School Diploma/GED and the ability to obtain a Certified Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) within 6 months.

  DOT certification for air brake inspection and a knack for Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Physical Prowess: You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty and can handle the physical demands of a bustling shop environment.
