Facilities and Construction Manager

We are seeking a Facilities & Construction Manager to lead construction, renovation, and facility maintenance projects across our locations. This role ensures our properties operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all environmental and safety regulations.

• Overseeing facility maintenance, construction, and remodeling projects.
• Develop budgets, timelines, and contracts; ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Manage contractors and vendors for quality and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, and building codes.
• Conduct facility inspections and implement preventive maintenance.
• Partner with leadership on long-term facility planning.
• 5 years of work experience in facilities or construction management.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and project management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety compliance.
