Own custom construction projects from preconstruction through closeout — drawing accuracy, scope of work, subcontractor bidding, budget/schedule baselines, change orders, procurement, and financial reporting.

You’re the primary point of contact for the customer and you’re aiming for an 8/10+ satisfaction rating on every project. You’ll also help grow our subcontractor base into a team you trust.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop scope of work, bid subs, and baseline budget and schedule
• Manage change orders, procurement, and financial reporting
• Be the primary point of communication with customers
• Set and manage expectations and target 8/10+ satisfaction every time
• Build subcontractor relationships that deliver K-Construction quality

• Construction PM experience with full budget and schedule ownership
• Strong drawing literacy, scope-of-work development, and code/utility knowledge
• Comfort managing sub bidding, selections, and change orders
• Customer service and expectation-management skills
• Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar construction PM software

• Post-frame, light commercial, or agricultural construction background
• Estimating experience
• Sub management or trade leadership background
