You’ll show up prepared, follow direction well, and start picking up the skills that move you up the ladder.

• Check Buildertrend for the day's plan and prep accordingly
• Load the truck and bring tools, PPE, and materials
• Execute the Foreman's and Lead Man's directions
• Provide labor that keeps the crew on time and on budget
• Clean up and stay alert to the jobsite as you work
• Build skills and a personal development plan toward Skilled Laborer

• Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow directions
• Basic jobsite safety awareness
• Curiosity — "how can we do this?" attitude
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Prior construction or trades experience (welcome but not required)
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
