Teller​/Customer Service Representative - Dickinson - Part-Time

Gate City Bank is hiring a part‑time Customer Service Representative to join our retail banking team at our Dickinson office.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday: 8:30–6:15 (rotation) Rotating Saturdays: 8:45–12:15

Pay: $20.25/hr starting. Additional $5/hr for Saturday shifts.

• Deliver top‑notch service by assisting customers with financial transactions and identifying ways to make banking simpler and more rewarding for them.
• Open new accounts and educate customers about our innovative products and services.
• Balance your cash drawer with precision and accuracy.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and service standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service, cash handling, or sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
• Enthusiasm for creating positive customer experiences.
