Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Sherwin-Williams seeks a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to support our Retail customers in a fast-paced store environment. In this role, you’ll assist walk‑in and phone customers in English and Spanish, recommend paints, coatings, and supplies, and process sales accurately. You’ll handle orders, returns, and issue resolution while maintaining product displays and store cleanliness. Partner closely with the Sales Associate and Customer Service & Support team to ensure exceptional service, deepen product knowledge, and contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, growth, innovation, and collaboration.
