Member Assist Cart Attendant

• Ensure members have a well‑kept parking lot, assist them with purchasing, and make sure carts are ready and available.
• Help members load their vehicles and support a great member experience, consistently on your feet and moving.
• Maintain a clean, neat, member‑ready area and perform safety sweeps of the facility.
• Contact and notify members regarding pickup order delays, unavailable products, and offer alternative options.
• Package selected items according to company policies and procedures.
• Dispense products when members arrive for pickup and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, process member payments, use cash registers, locate and organize merchandise, zone designated areas, and promote company products.
• Assist members with transporting items, utilize cart retrieval equipment, and maintain parking lot cleanliness.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and apply them in business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities and adapt to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
