We are looking for a friendly and motivated customer service representative to assist clients with banking services, including cash handling, computer use, and occasional Saturday hours.

• Excellent customer service skills mandatory.
• Previous cash handling experience helpful.
• Computer skills helpful.
• Some Saturdays required.

Additional qualifications include:

• Strong communication skills.
• Friendly personality and professional appearance.

A full-time role assisting lenders with loan processing tasks such as handling customer inquiries, verifying information, tracking documentation, and maintaining loan files.

• Financial experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter capable of multitasking and managing time.
• Enjoys both customer-facing interactions and independent work.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
