Customer Service Specialist & Estimator

Hours:

8:00AM – 5:00PM

• Greet and direct customers, building strong relationships by effectively responding to all calls, emails, text messages, walk-in business, CCC communication, and written correspondence.
• Communicate and coordinate estimate appointments, repair appointments, rental cars, deductible payments, repair updates and other customer needs.
• Effectively document vehicle damage via photos and notes, providing written estimates to customers and insurance when requested.
• Track, manage, and convert all repair opportunities while proactively guiding customers through the repair process to secure sales.
• Manage and close all self-pay repair orders, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Oversee all incoming office emails and communicate them with appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain customer files, including key tags, insurance information, authorization forms, and One Drive E-Folder documentation.
• Cross-train and cover Claims Specialist duties when necessary.
