No agency experience? That's okay, we'll train you on the insurance side. What we can't train is a genuine knack for taking care of people, staying organized when the phone won't stop ringing, and following through until the job is actually done.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license in Kansas, or ability to obtain.
• Strong comfort level with basic office software and digital record-keeping.
• Clear and warm verbal communication style.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in an office environment.

• Greet clients who walk through our doors and answer their questions with patience and clarity.
• Manage incoming emails and phone calls, ensuring every person gets the information they need in a timely manner.
• Handle personal lines policy servicing: endorsements, changes, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Assist with billing inquiries and help clients understand their coverage details.
• Collaborate with our team to keep the office running smoothly and maintain our high standards for service.
• Document client interactions thoroughly to ensure we always have the full picture when helping someone.
• Prepare or review multi-policy quotes and close inbound personal lines quote requests.
• Look for account rounding opportunities while servicing existing clients and talking with prospective ones.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Extended periods of time sitting at a desk or computer

Independent Insurance Agency handling personal lines and small business
