Manhattan Catholic Schools is seeking a faith-filled, student-centered Principal to lead our K-8 Catholic school community in Manhattan, Kansas. This is a unique opportunity for a mission-driven educational leader to serve as leader, communicator, supervisor, and administrator, fostering academic excellence, strong Catholic identity, and a vibrant school-parish partnership.

Located near downtown Manhattan, Manhattan Catholic Schools serves families with a deep commitment to forming disciples of Jesus Christ through rigorous academics, intentional faith formation, and a close-knit community that knows and loves its students. The school partners closely with parents, pastors, and the Diocese of Salina to educate the whole child-mind, body, and spirit.

The Principal will:

* Lead a Christ-centered learning environment rooted in Catholic identity

* Support and develop faculty through supervision, evaluation, and professional growth

* Communicate effectively with families, staff, parish leadership, and the wider community

* Oversee school operations, budgeting, and policy implementation in collaboration with diocesan and local leadership
