Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Center Teacher to join our team in Salina, KS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and educational environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote early childhood development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children's progress and development, maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's growth and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain compliance with all state and local regulations related to early childhood education.
- Encourage positive behavior and social skills among children.
- Experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and educational lesson plans.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
