Overview
Wilson and Company is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4‑10 years of experience in the Water/Wastewater discipline in Salina. The role may include production management, project management, contracting, mentoring, client management, and business development.
Responsibilities- Produce and manage engineering plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, and InRoads.
- Conduct hydraulic and environmental calculations, write technical reports.
- Develop and manage client relationships, contact and visit clients for business development/marketing.
- Attend local industry conferences and seminars.
- Work independently while collaborating with team members.
- BS in Civil Engineering or Water Resources emphasis.
- 4+ years of experience in Water/Wastewater projects.
- PE license required.
- Experience with plan production, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, and InRoads is a plus.
- Strong teamwork, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Annual Salary Range: $79,000 - $135,000.
