Wilson & Company’s Salina, Kansas office is seeking a Roadway PE with experience in the design of transportation infrastructure, notably streets, highways, and interstates.
Roles and Responsibilities- Perform roadway design and modeling utilizing Microstation/Open Roads.
- Lead and manage tasks on projects of various sizes.
- Work with experienced designers and project managers as well as collaborating with other disciplines and subconsultants to deliver projects.
- Primarily work on projects in Missouri and Kansas with opportunities to support regional projects.
- Efficiently communicate and partner with peers, senior staff, and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Kansas Professional Engineer licensed or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
- 4 - 7 years’ experience in the design of streets and highways in accordance with local, state and/or federal regulations.
- Ability to effectively work with other engineers and technicians.
- A background in traffic engineering design can be helpful.
- Experience in CADD utilizing Microstation.
Salina, Kansas, United States
Annual Salary Range$79,000 - $135,000
