Civil Engineer in Training

Wilson & Company is seeking a Civil Engineer in Training to join our design team in our Salina office. This position will perform roadway design and modeling utilizing Microstation Open Roads Designer and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D. They will work in conjunction with the Project Managers, Peer Engineers, and CADD Team Members to coordinate the roadway design with other project disciplines to meet project deadlines for various projects throughout Missouri and other regions as needed.

• Assist in development of roadway design plans and contract documents.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited school.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification or ability to obtain it.
• 0–3 years’ experience in the design of streets and highways.
• Experience with federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to the design of street and/or highway projects.
• Experience with Microstation Roadway Designer and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D software.

Annual Salary range: $66,000 - $104,000
