Job Overview

This position is open for the entire market and will be based on a financial center location that aligns with business needs. If offered, you will train at one financial center and may subsequently move to another within a reasonable commuting distance of your home, as permitted by law.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience.
  • Manage cash responsibilities, including accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients.
  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self‑service resources.

  • Efficiently manage time and capacity.
  • Focused on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Can be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bilingual – Vietnamese, Chinese, Spanish highly desired.
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
  • At least one year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Minimum six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or a business‑related associate degree (business management, business administration, or finance).
Shift and Hours

Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) – Hours per week: 40.
