Universal Banker – Salina, Ohio branch
. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Customer service experience and cash handling experience are required. Banking experience is a plus but not required – will train.

Full‑time position, 40 hours per week.

• Perform full‑service banking with a primary focus on sales and service to new and existing customers within the branch, including cash transactions, opening or updating accounts, and providing information on other products and services.
• Focus on and fulfill customer needs to maximize the customer experience on the phone and during branch visits.
• Meet or exceed sales and referral goals as well as individual and branch targets.
• Provide information to customers regarding promotions, contests, and new account options.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Good computer skills and detail-oriented.

Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.

The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Regular walking may be required, along with occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing. The role may involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds.

Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
