Position:Universal Banker (Full‑time, 40 hours per week)
We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual to join our Salina S 9th branch as a Universal Banker. The role combines teller, personal banker, and customer service responsibilities, and we prefer candidates who are bilingual in Spanish. Customer service experience, cash handling skills, and a willingness to learn banking fundamentals are essential. The position offers competitive benefits, PTO, incentive pay, and company perks.
Responsibilities- Provide full‑service banking with a primary focus on sales and service to new and existing customers.
- Perform cash transactions, open or update accounts, and offer information on products and services.
- Focus on and fulfill customer needs to maximize the experience on the phone and during branch visits.
- Meet or exceed sales and referral goals and branch targets.
- Inform customers about promotions, contests, and new account options.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- High aptitude for customer service and cash handling.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Banking experience is a plus but not required—training provided.
The role requires extended periods of sitting or standing, use of hands to operate computers and equipment, and occasional walking, bending, stooping, or lifting up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distant vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
