They are seeking someone with 5 or more years of commercial lending experience who understands credit, has a strong desire to develop new business, and enjoys being involved in the community.
This position will focus on commercial real estate, C %26 I, small business lending, and business development. The HCO as a whole has a strong agricultural focus, so an ag lending background would be a definite plus. This is a great opportunity for a relationship-focused lender who wants to be active in the community and help grow the bank's presence in the Salina market.
