IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
Job Description
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT and clinical application projects (small to large scale). Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication. Partner with cross-functional teams including IT infrastructure, application development/support, and clinical/EHR teams. Drive prioritization and execution across a large project backlog (90+ initiatives). Implement and promote Agile principles and best practices within a traditionally waterfall environment. Develop project plans, status reports, and executive-level communications.
Facilitate key meetings including project kickoffs, status updates, and risk mitigation sessions. Identify process improvement opportunities and help mature the PM team capabilities. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and healthcare regulatory considerations.

Skills & Qualifications
- PMP Certification (strongly preferred)
- Agile experience or certifications (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience helping organizations transition toward Agile frameworks
- Prior experience in environments with high project volume and PM capacity constraints
- Familiarity with healthcare systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 – $75.00/hr.
