Provides first and second level software application support. Develops and maintains information systems, software, and documentation, including problem identification, analysis, database structure design, testing, and implementation. Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements. Provides exceptional customer service to the users of information systems.
Qualifications- Associate's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; or 2 years of experience in information technology field
- Minimum 2 years experience in information technology
- Experience with Meditech Client/Server implementation, maintenance, and support functions is preferred
- In-depth experience with personal computers and peripherals is preferred
