District Manager, Management

Triplett, Inc. dba 24/7 Travel Stores, is looking for a business minded individual to be a part of our growing management team as District Manager. Relocation to Salina area required Duties will include providing guidance for employee motivation, scheduling, vendor relations, purchasing, merchandising, implementation of company policies and procedures. Other responsibilities could include regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, vendor agreements, general building and property maintenance.

This person must be flexible in their day to day activities and able to move between responsibilities throughout the day.

The right candidate will be proficient in oral and written communication attention to detail and will have good math/accounting skills. This person is expected to be a thorough professional with good communication abilities and analytical skills. This person must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and able and willing to learn other software within the organization as it will require continuous use of computers and computer programs and applications.

Pay will be based on a variety of factors, including the individual's educational history and relevant experience.
