Schwan's Company - - Responsibilities:
Operate steam and high-pressure hoses while safely cleaning and sanitizing equipment, tools, and facility to ensure all soil and contaminates are removed per procedures;
Operate COP tank cleaning equipment to clean disassembled equipment;
Disassemble and reassemble equipment as directed;
Follow sanitation schedules to conduct and document routine cleaning of the facility and production line;
Use and document chemical concentrations and applications; verify and document proper chemicals and concentrations used
