Quality Assurance Technician; Velocity Flow Technologies

Velocity Flow Technologies, a global leader in manufacturing solutions, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technicians to join our growing teams in Salina, Kansas. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to products that positively impact the daily lives of people across the globe.

• Perform inspection on incoming materials
• Perform first article inspections
• Perform quality inspections on manufactured items
• Manage calibration program and perform calibrations
• Train employees on proper use of inspection tools
• Manage nonconforming items process and disposition nonconforming items

• Vortex Dry Bulk & Solids Facility (West Campus) - Primary production site for bulk and solids handling components.
• Spectrum Metalcraft (East Campus) - Custom metal fabrication, abrasive blast and precision work.

This day‑shift position requires working fixed days Monday through Thursday (6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) with possible overtime if required on Fridays.

• High school diploma required.
• Technical training or previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
• A willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a team‑driven culture.
• Experience with blueprint reading and inspecting parts in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
