2nd Shift Manufacturing Technicians

Do you enjoy working with your hands, in a manufacturing environment? Do you consider yourself mechanically inclined and know your way around blueprints and can read a tape measure with ease? We are a rapidly growing company that is always looking for a Paint Utility Tech on our evening shift, 4:30 pm to 3:00 am Monday through Thursday.

Additional overtime hours, including on Fridays, may be required. The right candidate will be able to work with little supervision and will have experience in painting parts with powder‑coat paint application. We also look for someone to prep parts before painting by blowing off dust, washing, hanging, etc. We can train the right candidate.

• Produce high‑quality components as part of a team committed to excellence and innovation

• Vortex Dry Bulk & Solids Facility (West Campus) – Primary production site for bulk and solids handling components
• Spectrum Metalcraft (East Campus) – Custom metal fabrication, abrasive blast and precision work
• Fortress Blast (East Campus) – Abrasive Blasts Systems
• Hamar Automation (North Campus) – Primary CNC Machining and Air Cylinder assembly

• Technical training or previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a team‑driven culture.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow blueprints and use a tape measure accurately.
• Experience with powder‑coat paint application and part preparation (blowing off dust, washing, hanging).
