Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Sumner, WA to lead a 25-person manufacturing team in a highly automated TPM environment. You will coach, develop, and drive safety, quality, and productivity while delivering cost improvements and throughput gains.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem solving and collaboration across maintenance, quality, materials and distribution teams. Shift is 5:00 PM–5:00 AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
