Sets up and operates special‑purpose machines to fabricate products for the purpose of fulfilling customer orders.

• Understands and reads work orders, schematics, and builds from raw materials
• Fabricates products to meet standards on work orders (quantities, dimensions, and specifics)
• Required to set up/operate the following machines to fabricate sheet metal components at production levels:
  Laser, Shear, Plasma, Natcher, Press Brake, Welder
• Lifts heavy objects by hand (up to 50+ pounds)
• Loads, unloads, organizes, and maintains inventory counts of products during production
• Keeps work areas clean and organized
• Ability to follow visual, written, and/or oral instructions
• Complies with all Company Safety Practices and Procedures (Approach every task with a Safety‑First mindset)

WE WILL TRAIN YOU NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

Must have the ability to add and subtract two‑digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's, as well as the ability to perform these operations using units of the tape measure (inches), weight measurement, volume, and distance.
