Schwan's Company - - Responsibilities:
Operate steam and high-pressure hoses to clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and facility to remove soil and contaminates per procedures;
Operate COP tank cleaning equipment to clean disassembled equipment;
Disassemble and reassemble equipment as directed;
Follow sanitation schedules to conduct and document routine cleaning of the facility and production line;
Document and verify chemical use and concentrations and ensure cleaning is complete to pass micro indicator tests
