Positions Available: Full-time, 1st shift Box Assembly (Builders). This position is for the “Hands-On” personality type.
Helpful Background: General construction knowledge with experience using pneumatic staple & nail guns, tape measure in US standard, and metric measurement. Teamwork, good communication, and attention to detail. The Box (Cabinet) Builders pull parts from transfer carts after finishing and assemble per plans.
Wages: $18.75 / hour ($16.75 base pay + $2.00 / regular hours attendance incentive). After the 60‑day training period: add certification pay and production incentive pay. Add more certification pay (up to $2.00 / hour) as new skills are obtained. Additional growth: technical pay with skilled positions. Production incentive pay ranges from $0.75 to $3.88 per regular hour. Production incentive paid on overtime hours.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM – 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
Requirements- General construction experience utilizing saws, machine operation, and pneumatic tools is helpful. On-the-job training for candidates willing to learn with no experience.

- Desire to build quality cabinetry.
- Willingness to listen to and receive instruction.
- A desire to learn and retain information.
- Ability to transport up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Able to remain stationary for long periods.
- Willing to learn wood species, finishes (stains and paints), and cabinet parts for assembly.
- Be able to work effectively and courteously with co‑workers.
- Understand and follow safety guidelines, including wearing company‑provided protective equipment.
- Provide regular and consistent attendance – be on time for the work schedule.
- Contribute to the creation of quality parts as defined by company‑provided quality standards.
- Willingly participate in all training.
- Be motivated to achieve production targets and other key performance measures.
