1st Shift Machine Operator

Positions Available:
Full‑time 1st Shift Machine Operators (Small and Large Equipment). Machine operators work with molding (decorative pieces), doors, drawer fronts, face frames, panels, and other components. Operators cut cabinetry parts, wood hoods, islands, and all other parts for final assembly.

• Ability to review products and materials during the manufacturing process
• Pull lumber/plywood from bunks, sort/grade for quality, and run through saws and machines according to the work order
• Communicate verbally or in written form
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Follow safety requirements
• Desire to produce quality parts
• Willingness to listen to and receive instruction
• A desire to learn and retain information
• Ability to lift, push, pull, move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to remain stationary for long periods
• Experience with saws and machine operation is beneficial
• On‑job training provided for candidates willing to learn with no experience
• Willing to learn wood species, grading wood, and different cabinet parts

• Work effectively and courteously with co‑workers
• Follow safety guidelines, including wearing company‑provided protective equipment
• Provide regular and consistent attendance – be on time for the work schedule
• Contribute to the creation of quality parts as defined by company‑provided quality standards
• Participate in all training
• Be motivated to achieve production targets and other key performance measures
