Director, FSOP Digital Partnerships

• Develop strategic partnerships with leading third-party intermediaries in restaurant and retail to drive traffic, trial and awareness
• Negotiate and lead joint business planning processes with third-party partners
• Align multi-year strategic roadmaps, national and local activations, and innovative growth opportunities
• Partner with brand, IMX, customer teams, bottlers, media agencies and vendors to deliver integrated value programs
• Assess program results, conduct post-program reviews and apply learnings to future work
• Evaluate program and product impact across the full path-to-purchase
• Identify emerging partnership opportunities for growth and value creation
• Coordinate custom research to measure program ROI across revenue, brand equity and shopper engagement
• Identify optimal execution and deal opportunities across the external partner landscape
• Create differentiated programs that inspire consumers to choose The Coca-Cola Company
• Manage execution and delivery of multiple connections programs, optimizing efficiencies and staying on budget

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Media, or Connections Planning/Technology
• Success with restaurant and/or retail customer value creation
• Experience with digital marketing strategy development and media planning
• Track record of building and developing collaborative relationships to extract value and drive growth
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of "Media Math" concepts
• Basic understanding of marketing and advertising principles, media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements
• Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate with teams, and work under pressure
• Strong communication, project management and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States
