RN, RN Nurse, Healthcare Nursing

The Operating Room RN will be responsible for coordinating and providing direct patient care for individuals undergoing surgical procedures. You will work collaboratively with a versatile team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality surgical services in a state-of-the-art facility.

• Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after surgery.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and manage patient care equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff regarding patient outcomes and care plans.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Current RN license in the state of Kansas, or eligible for licensure.
• Surgical/procedural experience preferred, not required.
