Local Contract Permanent full time New Grad RN role Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses to provide comprehensive care to medical and surgical patients. RNs will utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—in alignment with professional standards and the health center's mission. Assignments may be in the 3SE, 4

Med, or 5

Surg departments, maintaining a maximum 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. ​

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments​ Develop and implement individualized care plans​ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed​ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes​ Educate patients and families on health management​

Qualifications:

Education:

Associate's or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution; BSN preferred​ Licensure:
Active Kansas RN license or multi-state compact RN license​

Certifications:

BLS certification required​
