• Assignment Duration: Ongoing / Length negotiable
• Shift: Various shifts available, including days and evenings
• Hours/week: 36-40 hours
• Employment Type: Temporary/Per Diem
• Licenses/Certifications: Kansas RN license, BLS certification required
• Experience: Prior Med-Surg experience preferred

• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (additional differential for shift/weekend)
• Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (discuss during interview)

• Provide professional nursing care to medical-surgical patients under the nursing process.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement treatments effectively.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards and facility policies.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.

• Current Kansas RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of one year of hospital Med-Surg experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
