This full‑time direct‑hire RN role offers an exciting opportunity to provide specialized nursing care to medical and surgical patients in a supportive, team‑focused environment. You'll work in units with a manageable 6:1 patient ratio
, allowing you to build meaningful patient relationships while delivering high‑quality care.

Required Qualifications- Associate degree or higher
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) – Kansas (KS)
- Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- Provide specialty nursing care for medical and surgical patients using the full nursing process:
assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation - Adhere to professional nursing standards and Kansas state regulations
- Maintain a maximum 6:1 patient‑to‑nurse ratio to ensure safe, personalized care
- Build strong patient relationships through compassionate, individualized support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high‑quality patient care
