This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced nurses and new graduates looking to begin or grow their careers in a supportive, collaborative medical-surgical environment. You will provide specialized nursing care to medical and surgical patients while working with a manageable 6:1 patient ratio
, allowing you to build meaningful patient relationships and deliver high‑quality care.

Candidates must meet ALL of the following:

• Associate degree or higher

• ANY of the following valid certifications:
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• ANY of the following valid nursing licenses:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) – Kansas (KS)
  • Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)

• Provide specialized nursing care for medical and surgical patients using the full nursing process:
  assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Adhere to professional nursing standards and Kansas state regulations
• Maintain a maximum 6:1 patient‑to‑nurse ratio to ensure safe, effective care
• Build strong, personalized relationships with patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high‑quality patient care
