Responsible for member service, store operations, and supervising associates within the assigned area.

• Provides member service, including acknowledging members, identifying their needs, supporting use of self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Assists management with the supervision of associates by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes, providing direction on member service techniques, ensuring compliance, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates.
• Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise; organizes and maintains the sales floor using equipment, merchandising, and completing paperwork, logs, and documentation according to policies.
• Maintains store safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting and hazardous material handling procedures, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Ensures proper merchandise presentation by handling claims, zoning, stocking, arranging, organizing displays, pricing, identifying shrink/damages, and securing fragile and high‑shrink merchandise.
• Monitors food and merchandise quality, ensuring product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards, plus stocking, zoning, and cleaning all departments.
• Leads and participates in teams, sharing resources, determining priorities, coordinating assignments, providing feedback, and modeling adaptability to change.
• Oversees picking and staging of club pick‑up orders, ensuring products are selected and staged per policy.
• Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs through collaboration, analysis, monitoring, and improvement identification.
• Promotes and supports compliance with policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity, implementing action plans and correcting issues.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.

• Leading a team with supervising experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 to $31.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
