Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team to keep shelves stocked and maintain sanitary conditions that keep fresh food ready for our members. You’ll also provide front-line customer service in the deli department, ensuring a great shopping experience for all.

You will make an impact by:

• Ensuring high-quality products are taken care of and available for members
• Keeping shelves clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lower-quality food products
• Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area

• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area per company policies, including handling claims and returns, zoning, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, completing audits and documentation, and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting the company’s products and services.
• Follow company policies related to the freezer/cooler area by complying with food handling policies, operating/repairing/sanitizing equipment, following cold chain procedures when stocking, cleaning the area, monitoring fan, drain, door function, and reporting issues to management.
