As a Bakery Department Lead you will drive sales in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver more of what they love, for less. You will model expertise in Bakery and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the club meets member expectations.

• Be a Team Leader:
  Supervise the team within the Bakery department to deliver on the business plan and communicate goals.
• Be an Expert:
  Maintain an in-depth knowledge of floor operations, product specifications, and seasonality; ensure quality, inventory, safety, and compliance.
• Be a Techie:
  Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Be an Owner:
  Drive business results, maintain a clean and safe work area, ensure staffing and quality standards, manage inventory, and produce merchandise per layout plan.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Teach and train the team, identify training needs, develop skills, support career growth, and source new talent.

• Six months experience in a bakery production department or six months supervising a team.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Successful completion of required training and assessments.

• Experience in bakery production including decorating.
• Supervising associates.
• Food Handler (Food Safety) Certification.
