Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers are responsible for shopping for customers, selecting items, and ensuring the accuracy of online orders. They may work in all departments to locate merchandise, package orders, and add appropriate substitutions. They dispense orders to customers and may also interact with in‑store customers if needed. The position is fast‑paced, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
