Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

Online order fillers and delivery associates get to shop for our customers and choose just the right items, spending time in all departments filling their online orders. The position is extremely fast paced, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during the holiday season. You may also need to juggle shopping for our online customers while helping in‑store customers.

You will also participate in dispensing orders to our customers and engaging them in conversation throughout the dispensing process.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
