Menards is offering a paid Part-Time Management Internship in Salina, KS. The program runs 12 weeks and provides hands-on training to prepare you for a future store management role.
You’ll work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn operations, leadership skills, and daily management tasks. This paid internship includes an additional $3 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays, plus store discounts, profit sharing, and on-the-job training.
