Overview
The Product Support Sales Rep will seek and support customers for product support opportunities and influence the sales of parts and service in the field. You will act as a consultant and advisor for the customer within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities- Actively seek new customers and markets for Product Support
- Coordinate customer training and meetings
- Inspect and accurately prepare repair quotes and present to the customer
- Participate in training, sales meetings and trade shows
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
- Previous sales experience
- Two or more years' experience in a related field
- Effective presentation skills
- Positive customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to drive and valid driver's license required.
- Experience in parts and service
- College degree
