Hourly pay: $17.75 - $18.75 (part‑time)

Citywide Storage is Salina’s largest storage operator. As a Sales Associate you represent the Citywide Storage brand to our guests. You are the first and last person our guests see during their visit, and that impression will last a lifetime.

• Represent the Citywide Storage brand to guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist guests with storage solutions, sales transactions, and rental agreements.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and point‑of‑sale operations.

• Base pay plus attendance bonus.
• Hourly commission averages.
• Total average weekend earnings: $18.75 per hour.
• Weekly commission program that allows employees to earn up to $4.50 per hour.

• Flexible hours – rental office open 7 days a week.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Basic computer skills and experience operating a computerized cash register.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
