Landscape Crew Lead

Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Landscape Lead to oversee small crews and ensure high-quality project completion. In this role, you'll coordinate daily tasks, maintain oversight of project installations, troubleshoot issues on-site, and ensure work meets our standards of excellence.

• Lead a crew on landscaping projects.
• Ensure proper installation of plants, hardscapes, and other landscape features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
• Maintain safe, efficient, and organized worksites.
• Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and management.
• Monitor materials, tools, and project timelines.

• Valid driver's license (required).
• 2+ years of previous leadership (preferred).
• Ability to lead, motivate, and train crew members.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
