Journeyman Electrician – Salina, KS
This role works Monday through Thursday from 4:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., plus occasional overtime as required.
Primary Responsibilities- Repairing critical equipment, performing preventive and predictive maintenance
- Willing to learn and/or work on mechanical/electrical hardware CNC and PLC troubleshooting
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills
- Maintain equipment logs on assigned equipment, recording pertinent information about downtime and maintenance problems
- Analyze, troubleshoot and perform repairs
- Perform electronic repairs used in electrical and mechanical maintenance technician work assignments
- Provide leadership to ensure all safety and environmental procedures are maintained
- Help schedule down time for machine repairs or preventive maintenance
- Provide proof of an electrical license
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Excellent verbal/written communication and computer skills preferred
- Provide tools for the trade
