• Report to the Manager of Aircraft Spares, supporting Essential Maintenance Providers.
• Understand company manuals and policies, including Chapter 4 (Aircraft Spares and Support), Chapter 2, Section 4 (Contract and Substantial Maintenance), and Section 5 (Essential Maintenance Vendor Procedure Manual).
• Assist Essential Maintenance Providers with interpretation and implementation of the Sky West GMM.
• Support Heavy Maintenance Spares in coordination with the Heavy Maintenance Technical Representative Group.
• Communicate with the Essential Maintenance Provider Purchasing Group for acquisition of parts/spares for Heavy Maintenance Program Projects.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with Sky West and External Providers.
• Track and manage Canned Aircraft Parts on Excel, perform required Sky Track functions, and report to Spares Department Supervisors and Management.
• Prepare for and attend daily Heavy Maintenance Spares meetings and Pre‑draw meetings for incoming aircraft.
• Assist in planning and preparation of parts/spares for Heavy Maintenance Program Projects.
• Ensure removed serialized components are returned to the Sky West Spares Department promptly.
• Update the No Buy List and request purchases or expedite parts as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager of Spares.

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Valid, unrestricted, state‑issued driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Pass a background check.
• Experience as a Parts Clerk or in a similar industry, with aptitude for these duties.
• Qualified Sky West Receiving Inspector or ability to obtain the qualification.
• Comprehensive understanding of policies, procedures, and industry requirements for Spares Support in Essential Maintenance.
• Able to work unsupervised and act as a self‑starter.
• Strong work habits, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable using various computer programs and working knowledge of Excel for spreadsheet creation and maintenance.
• Effective collaboration with on‑site Sky West Heavy MX Technical Representatives, Essential Maintenance Providers, and Spares Department.
• Willingness to travel as required for Heavy Maintenance Spares Support.

• Lift 75 pounds routinely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexible schedule; may work holidays, mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Full‑time position, starting at $18.33 per hour.
• Not a Department of Transportation safety‑sensitive position.
